We encourage you give our Print Server device a try because our Print Server devices are compatible with most of printers in the market. However, please note that Edimax Print Server may not support a multi-functional scan/fax/copy/print all-in-one printer. Even if it supports the all-in-one printer, it can only do the printer-sharing job for your network. If you still can not see the print server, please try the v3.4 print server utility which you can download from here. After install the v3.4, you will get the WinIP.EXE program in c:\program files\PrintServer Utilities\WinUtil folder. Double click on WinIP.exe to detect print server devices.
